This is a very simple and easy fry and this is my favourite also 🙂
Eggs : 3
Turmeric powder : 1 pinch
Salt : to taste
Pepper powder : to taste
Oil : 1 teaspoon
1. Boil the eggs, peel the shell and cut them into halves (can cut into your desired size and shape).
2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder and fry for few seconds on low flame.
3. Turn off the flame, add the eggs and toss till the eggs are coated with the pepper mixture. Serve warm.
