Idli Pulihora

Idli pulihora is yet another simple and satisfying food prepared with leftover idlis as evening snack. Some times I prepare fresh idlis to eat them in the form of pulihora or fry or upma. Amongst all these idli pulihora is my favorite dish.

Preparation and cooking time : 5 mins (excluding steaming of idlis if using fresh ones)
